Background:
Chiraphone will share some of the amazing ways that World Relief Cambodia is committed to working alongside the local Church to serve the most vulnerable in the name of Jesus Christ. Now in its 14th year, WR Cambodia ministries include cell church planting, microfinance, anti-human trafficking prevention; child development; community health and HIV/AIDS compassionate care.
Born in Laos to a Buddhist family of twelve, Chiraphone and her family escaped to a Thailand refugee camp in 1980. In 1982, World Relief and the Wells Family sponsored her family, resettling in Idaho, USA. She gave her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 15.
Since being a refugee and resettled immigrant in the US, Chiraphone is honored to be a part of the World Relief story where “much is given, much is required.”
This is not a fundraising event.
