Join the Leadership in HIV Summit at University of Maryland (and JACQUES Initiative) as they shape a new signature initiative with local and global impact called Preparing the Future. HopeSprings volunteers are needed for this event and are invited to participate in the community town hall meeting!
Volunteer Information: Report April 16th from 12:30 – 4:30pm at SMC Campus Center — 621 W. Lombard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Meet at the Ballroom Breezeway on the 2nd floor outside of the Ballrooms, where you will be directed by Cricket Barrazotto. If you can’t join us until later in the day (after 2:30pm), then meet at Medical School Teaching Facility, (MSTF) 2nd Floor Auditorium/Atrium, Baltimore, MD 21201. We need assistance with both setup and photography. If you have photography skills, please indicate so in the email. Each volunteer must have a photo ID with them to present to the security desk personnel. If you can volunteer, email AReitz@ihv.umaryland.edu and cc: email@example.com by 11:00am on April 11th.
Community Town Hall: April 16th from 5:00 – 7:00pm
All other HopeSprings friends are invited to join the Community Town Hall from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. We would love for as many people as possible to join us at University of Maryland Medical School Teaching Facility (MSTF) at 685 W. Baltimore St., Baltimore, MD 21201. HopeSprings will be serving as a Technical Advisor during the afternoon sessions and would love to show JACQUES Initiative all the support we can by bringing as many people possible to the Community Town Hall!
